REFLUX Makes Its Off-Broadway Debut At Broadway Bound Theatre Festival

Reflux, written by Carly Brooke Feinman and directed by Miranda Haymon, is making its Off-Broadway debut at the Broadway Bound Theatre Festival August 11th! This absurdist, comedic play interrogates the social construct of marriage, gender performance, sex and autonomy. Reflux is sure to disrupt societal norms, while simultaneously making you laugh out loud.

Moments after saying "I do," Martha and Bill are handed a map and pushed onto a sailboat toward their happily-ever-after. Not only must they navigate the wide ocean, they also must figure out what sex is before they get there. Unsupervised for the first time in their lives, they question society's expectations that they've been spoonfed since birth.
