EMURSIVE (Randy Weiner, Arthur Karpati, and Jonathan Hochwald, principals) announced today that the New York premiere of Punchdrunk's Sleep No More has extended its run through Saturday, June 25, 2011. This decision follows on the heels of last week's unanimous rave reviews, which have created overwhelming demand for tickets. The production began performances on Monday, March 7 at The McKittrick Hotel (530 W 27th Street, New York, NY), and officially opened on Wednesday, April 13.

A legendary hotel. Shakespeare's fallen hero. A film noir shadow of suspense. Punchdrunk's Sleep No More is an award-winning theatrical experience that tells Shakespeare's classic tragedy Macbeth through a darkly cinematic lens. Audiences move freely through the epic world of the story at their own pace, choosing where to go and what to see, ensuring that everyone's journey is different and unique. No one under sixteen will be permitted.

The creative team features Felix Barrett (Direction and Design), Maxine Doyle (Direction and Choreography), Stephen Dobbie (Sound Design), Beatrice Minns (Design Associate), and Livi Vaughan (Design Associate).

Tickets are priced at $75 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday), $85 (Thursday, and late performances on Friday & Saturday), and $95 (regular performances on Friday & Saturday), and are available via sleepnomorenyc.com or by calling (866) 811-4111. Please note that ticket availability is extremely limited. A small number of Premium Access Tickets will be reserved for each performance for the price of $100 (weekdays) and $125 (weekends).
