Michael Sgouros, who recently purchased and renovated The Players Theatre in Greenwich Village, NYC, has also created an office suite with individual work stations available to small theatre companies and arts organization at reasonable rates.

The office space, located on the 2nd floor of The Players theatre, 115 Mac Dougal Street, includes individual work station with storage/filing area; access to conference area and copy machine, and includes a 10% discount on daytime studio rental.  The monthly rental is $500 and is available on a short or long term lease.

The building at 115 Mac Dougal also houses the off-Broadway Players Theatre (a proscenium theatre seating between 199 and 248); 4 flexible, sound-proofed rehearsal studios with AC/heating; the new 50-seat, black box theatre called The Players Loft (used for readings and off-off-Broadway showcase productions), and the legendary Café Wha?

The office suite is $500/month.  Rentals of rehearsal studios, which range from $15-$25 an hour, are, according to press notes, "ideal for auditions, acting classes, music lessons, children's classes, yoga and dance classes, small conferences, etc.   All studios are equipped with Air Conditioning/ Heating.  Discounts are available for not-for-profit groups."  The Players Theatre (199-248 seats) can be rented for $6,500 a week, and the 50-seat Players Loft can be rented for $35 an hour.
