The creative talents of Mercer County Community College's (MCCC's) students will be on display at this year's "Visual Arts Student Exhibition" at The MCCC Gallery from Monday, April 20 through Friday, May 8. The show is free and open to the public. The Gallery is located on the second floor of the college's Communications Building on the West Windsor campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road. An Opening Reception is set for Wednesday, April 22, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Scroll down for a sneak peek!

The exhibit includes 103 works by 60 student artists. Works are by students from all of MCCC's visual and graphic arts programs, including Fine Arts, Advertising and Graphic Design, Digital Arts, Photography and Sculpture. The poster and postcard that advertises the show were competitively selected from Advertising Design student submissions. The top selections were created by Iwona Skiba of Trenton and Iwona Rydzy of Ewing.

"This show is a culmination of the year's best student work. It provides an opportunity for the arts programs at Mercer to show families, other students, and the wider art community the level of talent and creative expression among our emerging student artists," said Dylan Wolfe, MCCC Gallery Director. "The range and energy in this annual exhibit never fails to deliver. We are excited to share this work with the public."

Gallery hours are Mondays through Wednesdays, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.; and Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. More information about this and other exhibits at the MCCC Gallery is available at www.mccc.edu/gallery. Directions to the campus and a campus map can be found at www.mccc.edu.
