As Glee prepares to say goodbye to Finn Hudson, series creator Ryan Murphy has taken to Twitter to reveal the official banner art for the upcoming Cory Monteith tribute episode. You can view the art below.

"The [episode] is more of a celebration of Cory's life, and the difference he made to us and the fans of the show," a source recently told HollywoodLife.com. "As much as it will be [part of the Glee season], it also feels like a stand-alone episode."

Set entirely in Lima, Ohio, home of fictional McKinley High, where Hudson enjoyed four years as star quarterback, the episode opens with the news of the athlete's death before going on "to focus on all the characters remembering and mourning him, and celebrating his life."

Lea Michele, who portrays Rachel Berry, the on again-off again girlfriend of Finn, will not be seen until the final scene. While her appearance is brief, her performance is "incredibly powerful." A musical number performed by Michele's character will also be featured.

GLEE's Monteith tribute episode is slated to air Oct. 10 on Fox, while the fifth season kicks off tonight.
