John Kerry came to NYC today to say a special thanks to those in the Broadway community who supported his run for the Presidency. And what a cast! The spectacular loft of PR-exec Scott Widmeyer was the setting for Kerry to meet and greet Gavin Creel, Michael Cerveris, Phoebe Kreutz, Kathleen Turner, Cheyenne Jackson, Dick Scanlan, Jim Caruso, Karen Mason, Celia Keenan Bolger, Jack Noseworthy, Nina Goldman, Christopher Denney, Liz Callaway, Jason Eagan, Ramona Collier, Bernard Dotson, Cady Huffman, Kelli O'Hara, and others.

After a chat and brief Q&A, the Senator promised to see Kathleen Turner's performance in ...Virginia Woolf, then made his exit, quipping, "This is MY version of singing for my supper! I know you all understand that!"
