Photo Coverage: Tony Roberts Receives Friars Thespian Award

Broadway star Tony Roberts received The Friars Club Thespian Award while honored by friends and colleagues in a star-studded musical tribute on Monday, September 24 at 8:30PM at The Friars Club (57 East 55th St).

The private dinner and show hosted by Friars Club Dean Freddie Roman and produced by Friar Randie Levine-Miller (her 50th Friars Club production) featured performances and appearances by such stars as Lucie Arnaz, Richard Belzer, Veanne Cox, Jim Dale, Penny Fuller, Jackie Hoffman, Richard Kind, Donna McKechnie, Hal Shane and Mary Testa as well as a star-turn performance by the guest of honor.  Roberts is currently starring on Broadway in Xanadu and is a two-time Tony nominee.
