WWD decided that since Catherine Duchess of Cambridge's bump is finally showing, she must have the best custom maternity clothes. What would they look like? Luckily they thought of that too by asking 13 a handful of designers to sketch up maternity options for Kate, creating a fantasy of maternity options.
