As part of the "50 Plus: Forever Young" Expo, presented on Sunday, October 22nd at the Marriott Marquis Hotel (1535 Broadway at 45th St.) from noon to 6 PM, radio host Elliott Forrest interviewed a number of Broadway luminaries for "A Tribute to the Great White Way."
Forrest, a Peabody Award-winning host on 96.3 WQXR, chatted with composer Maury Yeston (Nine, Titanic, Phantom), Don Frantz (Associate Producer of The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast), actress Stephanie D'Abruzzo (Avenue Q, I Love You Because), Charlotte St. Martin, executive director of the League of American Theatres and Producers, and BroadwayWorld's own founder and editor-in-chief Robert Diamond.The Expo also featured "Feinstein's at the Regency's World of New York Cabaret" and "An Exploration of Piano Literature," among other events.
