Actor/singer Franc D'Ambrosio, known as "the world's longest-running Phantom," will take the stage at the Triad Theatre for one performance only, on Sunday, January 21st at 9:30 PM.

The performer returns to New York with "Franc D'Ambosio's Broadway," direct from 3 sold out weeks at the New Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco, a sold out performance at Joe's Pub in April, and and his 3-year national tour.

The show is written and directed by Abe Reybold with Musical Direction by John Boswell, as well as arrangements by Reybold and Boswell.

D'Ambrosio has played the title role in The Phantom of the Opera almost 3,000 times; he has appeared in the show in its national tour and in San Francisco.  The actor, who made his Broadway debut in the the first revival of Sweeney Todd, has also appeared in The Godfather III (in which he sang the trilogy's famed theme).  In 2005, he received a "Grammy Consideration for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album" for "Franc D'Ambrosio's Broadway."

In the spring, D'Ambrosio will take to the road again, with his new show, "Franc D'Ambrosio's Hollywood," this time celebrating the music of the movies, with the same creative team of himself, Abe Reybold and John Boswell.
