Patti LuPone, Angela Lansbury, Audra McDonald, et al. Set for BARACK ON BROADWAY Fundraiser, 6/4

On June 4, Broadway veterans will unite  for a fundraiser with President Barack Obama and special guest President Bill Clinton at the New Amsterdam Theater, titled- BARACK ON BROADWAY. Featuring direction by George C. Wolfe, the event will be hosted by Margo Lion, Thomas Schumacher, Michael David, Lauren Mitchell, Roger Berlind, and Paul Boskin. Rob Berman will be music director and John Guare will act as script consultant.

The line-up of performers includes: Megan Hilty, Cheyenne Jackson, James Earl Jones, Tony Kushner, Nina Arianda, Kerry Butler, Norbert Leo Butz, Bobby Cannavale, Stockard Channing, Angela Lansbury, Patti LuPone, Audra McDonald, Mandy Patinkin, and Jeffrey Wright.

General admission for the event is $250, with VIP tickets for $1000.

Contributions or gifts to Obama Victory Fund 2012 are not tax deductible. The first $5,000 of a contribution to OVF 2012 will be allocated to Obama for America (with the first $2,500 designated for the primary election, and the next $2,500 for the general).
