Ovation! Musical Theatre Bainbridge Hold Auditions For CABARET

Ovation! Musical Theatre Bainbridge will hold auditions for the Kander and Ebb musical sensation CABARET March 6, 2010 from 5-9pm at the Bainbridge Commons. The dance audition will be Sunday, March 7th from 10am-12n and callbacks will be at 6pm Monday, March 8th - also at the Bainbridge Commons.

Performances are July 16-August 1, 2010 and rehearsals will begin in March or April (start date depends on the role). All parts are open.

If you are interested in a singing part, prepare a song from musical theatre and bring piano music in your key for the accompanist. Please no pop, acapella, karaoke or folk songs. Male auditioners interested in the non-singing part of Ernst need to prepare a monologue.

The production is directed by Ron Milton with musical direction by Corinna Lapid-Munter and costume design by Barbara Klingberg. The production will be presented with a live orchestra. The show will be choreographed by Babette Gazarian-Cherne and Ron Milton.
