Performers from the beloved Off-Broadway musical BARE are coming together to honor the show's late creator, Damon Intrabartolo, tonight, October 12, at Feinstein's/ 54 Below at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

Cast members from the original Los Angeles and Off-Broadway companies, as well as those from the recent revival at New World Stages, will gather to celebrate Intrabartolo, who passed away in 2013. Led by Kristin Hanggi and music director Jesse Vargas. Benjamin Rauhala will produce.

Rauhala previously announced the news on Facebook, writing:

"This is going to be an unforgettable evening, and I feel so honored to help carry Damon's legacy forward, and to be a part of bringing one of the most influential musicals in my life back to New York City!

It's moments like this when my job at 54 Below is the greatest blessing - it gives me permission and the ability to create the kind of theater that stirs my soul. This show is so beautiful and brilliant, and I really am so honored to be able to share it! See you on October 12th, friends!"

BARE is officially described as the "story of a group of high school seniors at a Catholic boarding school facing issues of sexuality and personal identity. As they struggle to come to terms with who they are, and who the world thinks they should be, they seek answers from their Church, their friends, and ultimately, from within themselves."
