October 11 is Godspell Alumni Evening at Paper Mill

All actors who have been in a production of the classic Stephen Schwartz musical are invited to Paper Mill Playhouse's Godspell Alumni Evening. 
 
All Godspell alumni who bring a photo, playbill or prop from their productions of Godspell will receive 20% off their ticket for the Godspell performance on Wednesday, October 11th 7:30pm.
 
Godspell alumni will also automatically have a pass to sit in on a live, on-stage interview of composer/lyricist Schwartz (Wicked, Pippin) following the performance.
 
Actors who have appeared in past Godspell productions are also welcome to show up in costume.  There will be a pin-up board in theon-campus FM Kirby Carriage House where actors can post photos and playbills of their Godspell productions.

Godspell opened on September 24th for a limited engagement through October 22nd. 

Under the direction of />/>Daniel Goldstein/> with choreography by />/>Dan Knechtges/>, the cast features Dan Kohler as Jesus and Joshua Henry as Judas, as well as Uzo Aduba, Sarah Bolt, />Sara Chase/> (Slut), Holly Davis, Patrick Heusinger (Fiddler on the Roof), />Robin de Jesus/> (Camp, Rent), />/>Anika Larsen/> (/>All Shook Up/>), />/>Telly Leung/> (Pacific Overtures, Flower Drum Song), Megan Lewis, and />/>Julie Reiber/> (All Shook Up/>, Brooklyn).

Godspell, conceived and originally directed by John-Michael Tebelak and based on the Gospel According to St. Matthew, features a cast of characters who bring the parables of Jesus Christ hearteningly to life. The list of recognizable songs from Godspell includes "Day By Day," "Save The People," "Learn Your Lessons Well," "All Good Gifts," "Turn Back, O Man" and "By My Side."
