A sizzling new trailer has been released in promotion of the currently running West End revival of the Tennessee Williams classic SWEET BIRD OF YOUTH, starring SEX & THE CITY's Kim Cattrall and recent Broadway GOLDEN BOY Seth Numrich.

"Is Heavenly a girl's name?" Alexandra Del Lago provocatively asks in the opening of the tense and terse promo for the Old Vic production of the sudsy drama.

"Look in that mirror. What do you see in that mirror?" Chance Wayne asks drunkenly and indignantly, bottle in hand.

"I see Alexandra Del Lago, artist and star. Now it's your turn - you look and what do you see?" says Del Lago defiantly to Chance in retort.

SWEET BIRD OF YOUTH depicts the tale of a fading movie star and her handsome young companion as they bicker, battle, barter and booze it up while locked away in a hotel room over a very long weekend as well as the goings-on in Chance's hometown at the same time involving the affluent Finley family.

Geraldine Page and Paul Newman famously starred in the original 1959 production as well as the 1962 feature film. The only previous West End production occurred in 1985 and starred Lauren Bacall and Michael Beck.

SWEET BIRD OF YOUTH plays June 1 through August 31 at The Old Vic Theatre in the West End.
