Tickets for the highly anticipated revival of mega-musical sensation MISS SAIGON in the West End went on sale earlier today and producer Cameron Mackintosh as well as the musical's creators, Claude-Michael Schonberg and Alain Boublil, made a spectacular entrance to much excitement by the long line of awaiting fans awaiting their chance to grab first tickets to the first return production of the show.

Arriving in style, Mackintosh, Schonberg and Boublil pulled up to the Prince Edward Theatre in a pink Cadillac, flanked by sparkly showgirl companions who posed for awaiting ticket-buyers standing in line.

An "American Dream" come true!

Also, eye-grabbing new promotional posters have been unveiled in honor of the new revival and are now available to peruse.

More information on the new revival of MISS SAIGON in the West End is available at the official site here.

The official description of MISS SAIGON is as follows: "Set in 1975 during the final days of the American occupation of Saigon, Miss Saigon is an epic love story about the relationship between an American GI and a young Vietnamese woman. Orphaned by war, 17-year-old Kim is forced to work as a bar girl in a sleazy Saigon night club owned by a notorious wheeler-dealer known as 'The Engineer'. John, an American GI, buys his friend Chris the services of Kim for the night. That night will change their lives forever."

MISS SAIGON begins previews May 3, 2014 at the Prince Edward Theatre in London's West End.
