Natalie Weiss Returns to Chicago with Solo Concert on 9/8

BroadwayWorld's Natalie Weiss, of the hit show Breaking Down the Riffs, returns to Chicagoat Stage 773 for another solo show after playing to a sold out audience at the Chicago Center For Performing Arts back in 2011. She will be singing an array of songs from pop to musical theatre including some of her biggest YouTube hits. She will be accompanied by Shaun Whitley on guitar.

Doors open at 6:30. Be sure to come early to enter the Riff Raffle (a chance to "break down a riff" with Natalie on stage). She will doing a meet and greet after the concert, taking pictures, and selling CDS/BDTR merchandise. Tickets $20 in advance and $25 day of performance.

Natalie recently completed a 2 1/2 year run performing multiple ensemble roles on the Les Mis 25th anniversary tour. In 2010, she made her Broadway debut understudying the Menonettes in Everyday Rapture, starring Sherie Rene Scott. She also performed in the ensemble, and understudied Elphaba in the 2nd national tour of Wicked, was an American Idol season 4 semi-finalist, and has performed the National Anthem at both, Cowboys Stadium, and Shea Stadium, and released a self-titled debut CD in early 2011. She's also been performing sold out solo concerts, and master classes, across the country.
