NOHO AND THE EAST VILLAGE HISTORY AND DESSERT TOUR

A historical tour of the two neighborhoods, which served as home to
both immigrants and the some of the most exclusive New Yorkers of the
1800s. Stops include Cooper Union, the site of the Astor Place riots,
Colonnade Row, and Grace Church.

HISTORIC WALL STREET PUBS AND TAVERNS

A walking tour of historic pubs and taverns in Lower Manhattan, all
with historic associations, with stops at several for refreshment.
Stops include Fraunces Tavern where Washington bid farewell to his
officers; a downtown pub frequented by Mark Twain and Abraham Lincoln;
and a watering hole on a site once associated with the Cotton Exchange
and Captain Kidd.

Sat., March 13 and Sun., March 14 -- ST. PATRICKS AND ST. JOSEPHS WEEKEND

LITTLE IRELAND AND LITTLE ITALY HISTORY AND TASTING TOUR

Commemorate not one, but TWO ethnic celebrations ...and satisfy your
appetite as well. Celebrate the upcoming St Patty's Day (March 17) and
St. Joseph's Day (March 19) with a stroll through the former Little
Ireland, with its Irish heritage sites, and a history and tasting tour
of Little Italy, which ONLY once a year prepares pastries in devotion
to St. Joseph. Stops include Five Points, made famous in Gangs of New
York, the birthplace of Cardinal Hayes, Mulberry Street, Banco Stabile
and the Church of the Most Precious Blood. The sampling of Little
Italy's ethnic specialties range from pizza and prosciutto bread to
St. Joseph's cake.
