Music Theatre Louisville will be holding auditions for their June production of Ain't Misbehavin'.  They are looking for 3 women, 2 men, African-American, aged 18 years and older.  The show will be directed by Rush Trowel, choreographed by Greg Green, and music directed by Gayle King.

Jazz legend Thomas "Fats" Waller presents the outrageously prodigious comic and musical soul of 1930s Harlem Renaissance in this rollicking, swinging, finger-snapping revue that is still considered one of Broadway's best, featuring swanky numbers "Ain't Misbehavin'", "This Joint is Jumpin'", and "Spreadin' Rhythm Around".

The auditions will be held Saturday, January 22, 1:00-4:00 p.m.; Callbacks immediately following from 4:00-5:00 pm.  Auditions will be held in Todd Hall at The Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, 501 West Main Street, Louisville, KY.

Please prepare 16 bars of an up tempo Broadway style song, and bring your sheet music. Prepare a 60 second contemporary monologue. Please bring 1 headshot and 1 resume. Audition Appointments are required. Please call 502.498.2436 to schedule during business hours, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
