Mike Hanley Set for Weekend Performances at Comix At Foxwoods this August

New England's own Mike Hanley will return to the Comix At Foxwoods stage this August for a weekend of hilarity beginning Thursday, August 22. Hanley will take the stage at 8 p.m. each night, August 22 through August 24, before wrapping up the weekend with a 'nasty'-themed appearance on Saturday, August 24 at 10:30 p.m.

Tickets are on sale now and are $20 for general advance admission ($30 the day of), while VIP advance admission tickets are $40 ($50 the day of). A two-drink minimum applies to all tickets. The show is 21+ and is for mature audiences only.

Hanley recently appeared live on the "Today Show" after a video of a five minute dance routine with his daughter went viral. It has more than 6 million views between YouTube and Yahoo!, and has been featured on "Good Morning America," "Anderson Cooper 360," CNN International, People Magazine, Huffington Post, MSN Now, International Business News and countless other websites, radio and television shows all over the world.

Hanley has finished as a finalist in multiple competitions, including the Rhode Island Comedy Festival, WBCN's "Boston Comedy Riot" and The Tonight Show's "Funniest Person in Rhode Island." In addition to headlining clubs all over New England, he also lends his comedy chops to various fundraisers and benefit shows.

Hanley has become one of New England's foremost standup comics, receiving numerous accolades throughout the region. His additional achievements include taking home top honors in "Catch a Rising Star's Comedy Competition" at Twin River Casino, Jokers Wild's "Next Big Thing" contest in New Haven, Conn., and "Funniest Person on Campus - Stand-up Comedy Competition" at the University of Connecticut.
