Mike Birbiglia's Podcast THE OLD ONES Releases New Episode Today

Mike Birbiglia's podcast The Old Ones is releasing a new episode today. Mike discusses "Oh Hello on Broadway" with special guest Nick Kroll and makes a Broadway announcement of his own. They also discuss getting so high that they hosted an a cappella festival.

"The Old Ones started as a podcast where I discuss my old comedy albums with old friends, but now that I'm bringing The New One to Broadway, I decided to interview some folks who have more experience in that about their shows. So this week we have Nick Kroll and next week we have...I'm not going to say, but it will be very cool."

Past guests include John Mulaney, Ira Glass, Pete Holmes, Judd Apatow, Mike's brother Joe and his wife Jenny. The Old Ones can be heard on www.TheNewOne.com, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Play, or wherever you get your podcasts.

Written by Mike Birbiglia, with additional writing by Jennifer Hope Stein, The New One is a new play directed by Seth Barrish (The Barrow Group) with set design for Broadway by Beowulf Boritt (Bernhardt/Hamlet, Come From Away), lighting design by Aaron Copp (Kennedy Center, Lincoln Center), and sound design by Leon Rothenberg.(The Waverly Gallery). Mike Birbiglia's The New One will be produced on Broadway by Kevin McCollum and Ira Glass.
