Melissa Errico, Will Swenson & Ryan Silverman to Lead Workshop of New Musical TABLE

Tony Award-nominated singer & actress Melissa Errico, who just finished an acclaimed run starring in the Encores! production of Do I Hear a Waltz? ("transformative" & "an exquisite interpretation" - The New York Times) is set to star in a workshop this week of the David Shire & Adam Gopnik (of The New Yorker) musical Table. She will be joined in the cast by Will Swenson & Ryan Silverman and the workshop is produced by The Long Wharf Theater & directed by Gordon Edelstein (Artistic Director of The Long Wharf Theater). In Table, David (Silverman) and Claire (Errico) are married and run a small restaurant in Union Square, and Sergio (Swenson), now a successful television chef, is an ex-boyfriend who suddenly revisits their lives. Errico has starred on Broadway in My Fair Lady, Amour, Irving Berlin's White Christmas, High Society, Dracula, the Musical, Anna Karenina, and she most recently co-starred on the highly rated new Showtime series Billions.

As previously announced, on Monday, June 13 at 7pm, Errico will star in a Special Gala Concert of Finian's Rainbow at The Town Hall presented by Irish Repertory Theater, hosted by two-time Academy Award-nominated actress Saoirse Ronan (Brooklyn, Atonement, Broadway's The Crucible). Errico will also be joined that evening by Max Von Essen, Malcolm Gets, Jim Norton, David Staller and a full chorus. For this special one-night only, Melissa will reprise her delightful performance as Sharon for the third time since starring in a smash hit Off-Broadway production at The Irish Repertory Theater ("the voice of enchantment" & "proving why she is so valuable to New York's musical theater" - The New York Times) and as the featured musical marking the grand reopening of Paul Newman & Joanne Woodward's Westport Country Playhouse. Her performance is preserved on the cast album of Finian's Rainbow on Ghostlight Records, produced by Sarah Jessica Parker, also featuring Max Von Essen and Malcolm Gets.

And on Saturday, July 30 at 8pm at the Bay Street Theater in Sag Harbor, Melissa Errico will bring her new and acclaimed one-woman show, FUNNY, I'M A WOMAN WITH CHILDREN, which debuted with a sold-out run at 54 Below in April & will be reprised for a full-week engagement at 54 Below this fall from Sep. 20-24. It is directed by Robbie Rozelle (Laura Benanti) and musical directed by Tedd Firth (Brian Stokes Mitchell, Barbara Cook, Michael Feinstein). In her brand new show, she sings of the absurdities and ins and outs of marriage and motherhood. An acoustic evening featuring an eclectic range of songs from Sondheim, Jerry Herman, Lerner & Loewe, Michel Legrand, Rodgers & Sondheim, Johnny Mandel and Jeanine Tesori, as well as new signature material written for Melissa by Peter Mills and David Shire with lyrics by Adam Gopnik. Melissa currently makes her magazine debut as a writer with an extensive 3-page article in Manhattan Beach Magazine MY FAIR LADY -- IN BED "chronicling her guest arc on Billions and the negotiation of nudity in an actor's life" in this month's June 2016 issue (with Billy Joel on the cover). Her witty & insightful writing has gradually garnered attention beginning with her popular blog, online articles & her recent monologue & song project "Sing The Silence" co-written with Adam Gopnik from The New Yorker Magazine which had a sold-out 2-night debut in Nov. 2015 at Joe's Pub.

Errico is also going to be offering three concerts July 4th Weekend in California with the San Diego Symphony Orchestra on Fri. July 1, Sat. July 2 & Sun. July 3.
