MAMMA MIA! stars Carolee Carmello, Liz McCartney and Judy Mc Lane unveil the world famous Stage Deli's newest creation celebrating the World's #1 show this Thursday, December 2nd at Broadway's famed Stage Deli (834 Seventh Avenue -between 53rd & 54th Streets).

"THE MAMMA MIA! SANDWICH" is NOT a spicy meatball sandwich as one might guess, but a hearty over stuffed triple-decker sandwich of Stage Deli's homemade Cornbeef, Turkey and Swiss Cheese on signature Rye bread.

Standing tall among its peers since 1937, The Stage Deli was opened by Max Asnas and set the standard for the New York delicatessen. Today, "The Stage" is still the gathering place for famous faces of Broadway, film and television who enjoy hearty, over-stuffed pastrami and corned beef sandwiches, along with triple-decker combinations honoring celebrities including Sarah Jessica Parker, Aretha Franklin, Matthew Broderick, Mohammed Ali, Mel Brooks, Julia Roberts, Derek Jeter and hoagies celebrating Rudy Giuliani, the NYPD and FDNY. The Stage Deli is owned by Steve Auerbach and Paul Zolenge.

With four productions playing in North America alone, MAMMA MIA! has more productions playing around the world than any other current Broadway musical. Over 18 Million people have seen the show performed in five different languages around the world. Inspired by the story-telling magic of ABBA's timeless songs, writer Catherine Johnson's irresistible tale of family and friendship unfolds on a fantasy Greek island.

With more productions playing simultaneously around the world than any other musical, MAMMA MIA! is the world's number one show. From West End smash to global phenomenon, MAMMA MIA! has been seen by over 18 million people across North America, Australasia, Europe and Asia.

With music and lyrics by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus, MAMMA MIA! is written by Catherine Johnson and directed by Phyllida Lloyd.

MAMMA MIA! is produced by Judy Craymer, Richard East and Björn Ulvaeus for Littlestar in association with Universal.
