Two-time Tony Award-winning theatrical royalty Patti LuPone has been making waves with some spectacular performances and dishy interviews while making a string of rare UK appearances this week and now a video has leaked of LuPone recreating her Olivier Award-winning Fantine to perform the thrilling and emotional death scene from hit mega-musical LES MISERABLES live onstage with a fan.

LuPone reprises one of the international mega-hit's most memorable musical themes - most famously utilized later on in the show as "On My Own" - in her rousing and absolutely spine-tingling recreation of one of the most devastating moments in modern musical theatre.

The iconic leading lady is joined onstage by fan Connor, who pairs with her to sing Jean Valjean's touching vocal section of the moving deathbed sequence.

"Go Connor!" LuPone shouts as an aside when he launches into a particularly superbly sung lyric to the delight of the rapt audience.

Indeed, LuPone's performances onstage in this UK journey have been a cause for celebration and fans of hers are well-advised to view her recently recorded onstage appearance with Seth Rudetsky, as well, which is available here.
