Looking Back on Busy Year for CNY's Community Theatres
Post-Standard Entertainment Columnist Joan Vadeboncoeur offers a reflective look back on a year of ups, downs, accomplishments and challenges for community theatres in the Central New York area.
Listed in the Syracuse.com article are Vadeboncoeur's picks for most news-worthy theatre developments in 2009, including the Talent Company's production of 'White Christmas', which she says was, "Lavishly mounted, the show also boasted the second top couple in Brandi Ozark Weston and Gary Troy. The pair stopped the show with Irving Berlin's 'I Love a Piano.' Their singing and dancing could have been put on any Broadway stage."
