Liev Schreiber, who most recently starred in "Talk Radio" will star in Ane Lee's "Taking Woodstock," reports Variety.

Other stage actors involved in the production are Mamie Gummer, Jonathan Groff, and Dan Folger.

The film is about a man working at his parents' motel in the Catskills who inadvertently sets in motion the generation-defining concert in the summer of 1969.

The film, being produced by Focus Features, will start filming at the end of the month.
