Auditions for Cheverly Young Actors' Guild's Production of HONK! The Musical Comedy of the Ugly Duckling.

Where: Cheverly United Methodist Church, Fogle Hall

When: Saturday, January 22, 2011
Time: 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Callbacks: Sunday, January 23, 2011 @ 4:30 to 8:30 pm
Performance Dates: May 12-15, 2011 ~ Thursday - Sunday
Field trip shows on May 12 & 13
Place: Publick Playhouse, Cheverly, MD
Tuition: This is a tuition workshop production for ages 8 to 18.
Main Roles: $300 (Includes T-shirt & 1 DVD per family).
Chorus/Ensemble Roles: $275 (Includes T-shirt & 1 DVD per family) There is a reduction in tuition of $30 per sibling.

Be prepared to sing 16 measures of a Broadway song a cappella, no pop songs please. Sing in a key that is comfortable for you. Prepare a brief monologue or poem 30-60 seconds in length, or choose from selections that will be available the day of auditions. Wear clothes you can move in and bring dance shoes if you have them, including tap shoes. Bring a resume and headshot (school photos are fine). Bring your calendar so you can note schedule conflicts.

*In casting, when all factors are relatively equal, first priority will be given to Prince George's County children and to children who have been in previous CYAG productions.
