Aaron Tveit leaves the Tony-nominated musical Next to Normal on January 4 and the role of Gabe will be performed by Kyle Dean Massey. Massey previously played the role during Tveit's summer absence from June - September, while he was starring in Catch Me If You Can. 

Kyle Dean Massey comes directly from the Broadway company of Wicked. He has also appeared on Broadway in Xanadu and off-Broadway in Altar Boyz. He has toured with Wicked and 42nd Street and has appeared on TV in the series "Cupid."

With a thrilling contemporary score, Next to Normal is an emotional powerhouse of a musical about a family trying to take care of themselves and each other. Next to Normal features music by Tom Kitt, book and lyrics by Brian Yorkey, and direction by Michael Greif.
