Just Announced: Rubin-Vega To Join Burgess, Young and More In 'Cutting Edge Composers' Concert, 11/9

Josh Young and Laura Pietropinto present the second installment of Cutting Edge Composers: A New Generation of Musical Theater Songwriters.

This special event concert will showcase some fan favorites and world premiere songs by Brad Alexander and Adam Mathias, Jonathan Reid Gealt, Joe Iconis, Peter Lerman, Creighton Irons and Sean Mahoney, Brian Lowdermilk and Kait Kerrigan, Chris Miller and Nathan Tysen, Ryan Scott Oliver, Jeremy Schonfeld, Joshua Salzman and Ryan Cunningham. Directed by Laura Pietropinto (Next To Normal) with musical direction by Julie McBride.

An all-star lineup of performers including Skylar Astin (Spring Awakening), Nick Blaemire (Glory Days), Tituss Burgess (The Little Mermaid; Guys and Dolls), Joe Cassidy (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels), Jenn Colella (High Fidelity), Colin Hanlon (Rent), Gemma-Ashley Kaplan (The Hatpin), Jeremy Kushnier (Footloose, Jersey Boys), Brooke Sunny Moriber (The Threepenny Opera), Zachary Prince (Jersey Boys), Daphne Rubin-Vega (Rent), Josh Young (Les Miserables) and more.
