The acclaimed solo show Jay Johnson: The Two and Only! will embark on a national tour this fall. The first scheduled stop will be the State Theatre in Ithaca, NY on Monday, October 27, 2007. According to producer Roger Gindi, master ventriloquist Jay Johnson and his fellow cast members "Bob," "Amigo," "Darwin," "Long John La Feat," "Nethernore - the bird of Death," "Spaulding," "Arthur Drew," "Jackie and Ga Ga," and Squeaky" will also make stops in Albuquerque, NM, Indianapolis and Culver IN, Pittsburgh, PA, Crystal Lake, IL and at the McCarter Theatre in Princeton, NJ, with additional dates TBA.

Jay Johnson: The Two and Only!
, described in the press release as  "the comedy about finding your voice - and throwing it," opened on September 28, 2006 at the Helen Hayes, and was described by Time Out as "a rare and hilarious treat," while the Associated
Press said it was "splendid, hilarious, giddy entertainment."

Jay Johnson: The Two and Only!, was produced on Broadway by Roger Alan Gindi, Stewart F. Lane & Bonnie Comley, Dan Whitten, Herbert Goldsmith Productions, Ken Grossman, Bob & Rhonda Silver, Michael A. Jenkins/Dallas Summer Musicals, Inc. and WetRock Entertainment.
