The eagerly awaited new West End musical inspired by the international hit reality singing competition series spearheaded by Simon Cowell, THE X FACTOR, titled I CAN'T SING: THE X FACTOR MUSICAL, is now offering fans of the hit franchise the chance to actually appear onstage as part of the live show itself.

The official description of the new competition is as follows: "Es Devlin and Sean Foley, the Designer and Director of I Can't Sing!, are offering members of the public the chance to star in the forthcoming musical comedy at the London Palladium. In a pivotal scene in the side-splitting new show, Chenice, the story's heroine, stumbles upon a queue of star-struck singers outside the X Factor studio ready to audition. As part of the production's spectacular set, the line of hopefuls in the queue will be made up of photographs of the public, selected by Devlin and Foley and appearing in the show at every performance. Renowned London based photographer Seamus Ryan will take photos of 500 people, from which 250 lucky new West End faces will be selected to 'appear' in the show's set PLUS a pair of tickets to see the show (and themselves) during the previews for those whose picture is selected! Anyone wishing to star in the unique I Can't Sing! Hopefuls Line Up should download the application form here. Entrants will be required to come to the London Palladium for the photo shoot on Saturday 9 November, between 9am - 5.30pm. The first 500 people to sign up will then be allocated a more specific time slot. The only stipulations are that entrants should be over 18 and producers are keen to see a full cross section of society! All entrants will be photographed individually."

Staged at the London Palladium, I CAN'T SING is set to premiere in March 2014, with previews beginning February 27 in a production written by Harry Hill and Steve Brown, directed by Sean Foley, featuring Nigel Harman as Simon Cowell.
