The Red Fern Theatre Company presents VOICES OF THE CITY - A Benefit Concert featuring the music of Kristen Lee Rosenfeld on Monday, February 29, 2016, at 7:30pm at the Theater at the 14th Street Y (344 East 14th Street).

VOICES OF THE CITY will feature the work of Kristen Lee Rosenfeld (musical director/conductor SPRING AWAKENING National Tour) who has been commissioned by the Red Fern Theatre Company. Special appearances include Glenn Seven Allen (Light in the Piazza), Julie Benko (Fiddler on the Roof, Les Miserables), Leah Horowitz (Follies, Les Miserables, Fiddler on the Roof), Deborah Tranelli (Dallas, Hereafter) and Sarita

The benefit also includes the vocal talents of Bryson Bruce, Courtney Daniels, Tim Fuchs, Denielle Gray, Kirsten Hopkins, Stephanie Hsu, Sekou Luke, Cynthia Nesbit, Kent Overshown, Sam Ray, Jackie Vanderbeck, Richard E. Waits, and La'Nette Wallace.

VOICES OF THE CITY will celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Red Fern Theatre Company. Red Fern is dedicated to producing and developing socially conscious plays and musicals in NYC. Each production is paired with a local philanthropic organization whose mission addresses the issues in the play. A portion of the ticket sales is donated to the partnered philanthropy. Red Fern has produced the works of over 50 many prominent playwrights including Rob Askins, Josh Conkel, Jon Kern, Shirley Lauro, and Crystal Skillman.

Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at www.redferntheatre.org. A reception will follow the concert. All proceeds benefit the Red Fern Theatre Company.
