The White House Project, a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization which works to advance a richly diverse, critical mass of women into leadership positions, today announced it will honor leaders in business, politics and popular culture. 

The 10th Anniversary White House Project EPIC Awards Gala celebrates those who support and transform the leadership of women.

Academy Award® Winner and White House Board Member Geena Davis, will host The EPIC Awards onThursday, April 5th at the IAC building in New York City. Co-Chairs for The 10th AnnuAl White House Project EPIC Awards are Michael Balaoing, Danielle Hootnick and Mahsa Pelosky.

Tiffany Dufu, President of The White House Project, believes that “when we show positive role models of women and girls, we are shaping their ambitions and their contributions to lead.

Susan L. Taylor, Founder & CEO, National CARES Mentoring Movement & Editor-in-Chief Emeritus,Essence Magazine will receive The Marie C. Wilson ‘Impact’ Award.

Marie Wilson Impact Award: Igniting the leadership of the next generation of leaders to  to follow their dreams.

James S. Turley, Chairman & CEO of Ernst & Young, will receive The EPIC ‘Go Lead’ Award.

EPIC Go Lead Award: Igniting Women's Leadership in Business

Jack Lofton and Keith Patterson, Co-Directors of the upcoming documentary Ann Richards’ Texas will receive The EPIC ‘Go Run’ Award.

EPIC Go Run Award: Igniting Women's Leadership in Politics

The Barbie “I Can Be” Award.
