The editor-in-the-chief of Out Magazine Aaron Hinklin joins two of the contributors to his new collection Outsiders, film critic Nathan Lee and writer Mark Doty, to read work that has appeared in America’s leading gay magazine of culture and fashion.

Playwright Joan Schenkar talks about her new book, The Talented Miss Highsmith, a biography of Patricia Highsmith, whose mysteries, including The Talented Mr. Ripley and Strangers on a Train, explored the thinly veiled homosexuality of her characters and other themes that mirrored experiences in her personal life. Actress Kathleen Chalfant will give a dramatic reading at this event.
