Manoel Felciano and Broadway veteran Nancy Dussault have joined the cast of the upcoming Reprise! staged concert production of Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's Pulitzer Prize-winning musical Sunday in the Park with George.

The show, directed by Tony-winner Jason Alexander (Jerome Robbins' Broadway, "Seinfeld") will preview on Tuesday, January 30 and will open on Wednesday, January 31and continue through Sunday, February 11 at UCLA's Freud Playhouse

Felciano will play George to the Dot of the previously announced Kelli O'Hara (The Pajama Game, The Light in the Piazza).  In addition to O'Hara, Felciano and Dussault, the production will feature Katy Blake, Elizabeth Brackenbury, Matthew Patrick Davis, Jacqueline Emerson, Nancy Hess, Sarah Knowlton, Frank Kopyc, Kristofer McNeeley, Gregory North, Brent Schindele, Sean Smith, Katherine Von Till and Sam Zeller.

"For the second show of its 2006 – 2007 season, Reprise! presents one of the most heralded musicals of our time, Stephen Sondheim's Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning Sunday in the Park with George.  The show is a moving portrait of an artist struggling to reconcile the perfect, imaginary world of his painting with the imperfect, messy world of real life," state notes on the 1984 show, which features music and lyrics by Sondheim and a book by Lapine.

"Act I revolves around Georges Seurat (1859-1891) and the creation of his signature painting 'Sunday Afternoon On The Island Of La Grande Jatte.' Seurat's inability to commit to anyone or anything but his work is echoed in Act II as George's great-grandson confronts his own artistic demons and failure to connect. Past and present merge as both Georges discover basic truths about art, human connection and the constant struggle to 'break through to something new."

Felciano, most recently seen as Tobias in the Broadway revival of Sweeney Todd, has also appeared in Brooklyn, Jesus Christ Superstar and Cabaret.

Dussault, twice Tony-nominated for Bajour and Do Re Mi, has also appeared on Broadway in Into the Woods, Side by Side by Sondheim and The Sound of Music, in which she made her Broadway debut as a replacement in the role of Maria.
