Fashion Photo of the Day 9/9/13 - Christina Hendricks

It has been far too long since I have seen the gorgeous face of Christina Hendricks. But this latest picture was well worth the wait - the hair, the makeup, the dress... everything is perfection! I look at Hendricks and I immediately start hearing music from an old black and white 1940's film noir. Is that just me? That's fine, I am totally okay with it...

Hendricks did it up at the Zac Posen Spring/Summer 2014 New York Fashion Week Show. No stranger to Posen's structured, glam frocks, Hendricks looked particularly gorgeous in this satin burgundy long sleeve, knee length dress. I love the iconic Posen detailing, especially the way the lines draw your eye into her waist. Hello amazing hourglass figure?! But the deep red color of the dress paired with Hendricks' red hair - which I am loving short - and her milky skin is what really makes this look a wow.
