Libra Theater Company presents Songs You Should Know, A Concert of New Music from Great Writers, including new and rarely performed songs. Hosted by John Early, the concert is set for Monday, February 11th, 2013 at 9:30 pm (Doors open at 9:00 pm) at The Laurie Beechman Theatre, 407 West 42nd Street.Tickets are $15 plus a $15 food/drink minimum. Libra Theater Company is dedicated to creating quality New York theater that honors and works with the commitments of its artists. In its 2011-2012 season, Libra presented a sold out, critically-acclaimed production of 12th Night that won a NY Innovative Theatre Award for "Outstanding Original Music," and Poems & Moons Songs, an enchanting revue of the music of Will Reynolds. Additionally, Libra has produced The Entropy Songs, by 2011 Jonathan Larson Grant recipient Joshua H.
