Emma Hunton, Jason Gotay, Zack Resnick and More Set for MOMENT BY MOMENT Original Cast Recording

Following the debut performance of Moment by Moment at New York's 54 Below in 2013, the Broadway-studded cast of Alexander Sage Oyen's song cycle are heading into the studio later this month to produce an original cast recording. Moment by Moment, which also received its international debut in Thailand in 2013, is a hilarious and authentic look at what it means to be a young adult in a tech-driven, pup-culture-centric, entirely neurotic America. Songs include I Don't Want to Lie, The Bro Duet and Funny.

The talented 54 Below cast heading into the studio include Emma Hunton (Spring Awakening, Next to Normal), Jason Gotay (Spiderman: Turn Off the Dark, Bring It On), Zack Resnick (Mamma Mia, Disaster), Alice Lee (Spring Awakening, Heathers) and George Salazar (Godspell, Here Lies Love).

Says Oyen of his stellar cast, "making the Moment by Moment cast album is a hugely important step for me as an artist. To be able to make this album of this score with this cast- Jason Gotay, Emma Hunton, George Salazar, Alice Lee and Zak Resnick are among the greatest singers and actors that any composer could ever have the privilege to work with- this is absolutely a dream come true."

With music director Charlie Rosen at the helm of the production, assisted by Benjamin Rauhala, the album will be produced by The Benge Group and released this summer.

The album will be funded in part through a Kickstarter campaign, where donors will have the opportunity to receive the album before the general public, and be involved in the creation of the work.
