EULALIA: A Bedtime Story To Premiere At FringeNYC This October

Pretty Bird Theater Company is proud to present the world premiere of Eulalia: A Bedtime Story, a one-woman show adapted from the writings of the Infanta Eulalia of Spain. Written and performed by Sarah Cuneo, Eulalia: A Bedtime Story will run for five performances, October 12-22, as part of the 2018 New York International Fringe Festival.

What if moving forward meant losing what you love? Using toys, humor, and fairytale tropes, Eulalia: A Bedtime Story tells the tragic, true story of a Spanish princess' struggle for freedom. Life isn't a fairytale, and sometimes the princess has to save herself.

Eulalia: A Bedtime Story is a play about motherhood, authenticity, and sacrifice. Above all, it's a play about a woman: a real woman who lived, suffered, and fought fiercely for joy. Eulalia was
a brilliant mind many decades ahead of her time, but her story has been all but lost to history. Come get to know Eulalia - we really think you'll like her.

Eulalia: A Bedtime Story is written and performed by Sarah Cuneo and directed by Brad Wilson. Performances are October 12th at 8:45pm, 16th at 3:45pm, 17th at 8:45pm, 20th at 4:15pm, and 22nd and 3:30pm. Theatergoers will report to the FringeHUB at 685 Washington Street in the West Village and will be escorted to the venue. Tickets are $22 and are available at www.FringeNYC.org.
