The cast recording of Douglas Cohen's "No Way To Treat A Lady", which up until recently was out-of-print and selling at premium on sites like EBay has been re-released by the Fynsworth Alley label. Recorded after the run at The York Theatre Co., the cast recording features Alix Corey and Paul Shoeffler and Adam Grupper).  The CD is available at Lincoln Center's Tower Records, the Fynsworth Alley website and other online outlets.

"No Way To Treay A Lady" is a musical comedy thriller about a publicity crazed actor turned killer and the charming detective who pursues him. Based on the best selling novel that became a renowned movie, it's a wicked blend of humor, romance and murder which won the Richard Rodgers grant in 1987. Nominated for Best Revival by the New York Outer Critics Circle, the New York Post called it "a fine way to treat a musical! A real winner." The New York Times wrote "catchy tunes and snappy lyrics." And the NY Observer noted "a fine and dandy way to treat an audience.... It should be on Broadway."
