Doubt to Launch National Tour in September 2006

DOUBT, the critically acclaimed play by John Patrick Shanley, will launch a national tour in September, 2006. The tour is being booked by The Road Company.

DOUBT, which is currently playing on Broadway at the Walter Kerr Theatre (219 West 48th Street), has been nominated for eight Tony Awards, including Best Play. The production, directed by Doug Hughes, is the winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, the New York Drama Critics Circle Award for Best Play of the Year, four Outer Critics Circle Awards, including Best Play, and four Lucille Lortel Awards, including Best Play.
