DAVE GORMAN'S GOOGLEWHACK! ADVENTURE (DGG!A) has announced new dates for the start of it New York engagement. It will begin previews on October 26 and open on Thursday November 4. Why the change? From his home in England, Dave said "I thought the presidential election was a huge distraction from my off-Broadway engagement and am sure that once Americans can stop thinking about who will lead the free world, they can concentrate on me and my show." Producers WestBeth Entertainment and Jam Theatricals agree.

DGG!A will play at The Village Theatre (158 Bleecker St., NYC) from October 26-December ?. Dave previously played New York with his acclaimed show Are You Dave Gorman? in 2001. Dave returns to New York under the banner of WestBeth's British/Irish Comedy Invasion. The book will be released by The Overlook Press in September '04. Tickets are $30 and $35. It will play Tuesday-Saturday at 8 PM, with one Mon. night performance on Nov. 1. Please call the box office 212 253 0623, or ticketmaster.com, 212 307 4100.
