DJ Eats Everything Gives Up New Year's Eve For Charity

Acclaimed DJ and producer Eats Everything (aka Dan Pearce) will lend his support to Last Night a DJ Saved My Life, the charitable foundation working with the dance music industry to make a positive impact globally, with a very special NYE performance at secret location in London.

The announcement follows Eats' recent appearance at a charity event in his local Bristol bakery, aimed to raise funds for helping those with life disrupting problems, such as homelessness and addiction.

After his last two London shows, back-to-back sold out events at XOYO, the Bristolian will return to the capital to play for 6 hours in a 300 capacity intimate setting, bringing in 2018 with a bang, as some of his finest DJ friends drop by to play with him over the course of the night.

Performing for free on NYE, donating 100% of his fee and tickets revenues to 'Last Night a DJ Saved My Life,' Dan has urged other DJs to join the scheme and donate 10-20% of their NYE fees to the 'Have a Drink on Us' campaign, adding:

"This NYE I'm putting on a party in East London for the #haveadrinkonus charity. Any of you lot fancy getting involved with a pledge or RT or both? :) AlanFitzpatrick PaulWoolford I_Skream Richy_Ahmed DJSteveLawler Patrick_Topping"

Setting an aim of raising £30,000 to fund clean water projects in countries that need it most, donations can be made to the charity in a number of ways with a £100 donation providing 40 people with access to fresh water in India or 14 people In Africa for 10 yrs. With every donation going straight towards building a clean supply in a community, even a £10 text message donation will provide fresh water to at least 4 people in India or 1 person in Africa for a decade.

All donors are issued with a detailed pack including a case study from a member of the community and a personalised plaque on the well, with Eats Everything adding:

"Clean water is a basic human right, but sadly millions of people around the world are denied it. I'm really pleased to team up with Last Night a DJ Saved My Life, we hope to help some of the communities that need it most."

Jonny Lee, Founder of Last Night a DJ Saved My Life added: "We welcome such a motivated and socially responsible artist to join us. Eats Everything is a shining example to our dance music industry of how easy it is to make a real difference."

Few producers in the history of dance music have made such a rapid and far reaching impact on the electronic scene as Daniel Pearce, aka Eats Everything. The West-Country producer, a figurehead of a renaissance movement for forward-thinking underground music and continues surprise and push boundaries.
