DISASTER! Finds Its Full Broadway Cast; Tony Nominee Manoel Felciano, Paul Castree & More Join!

The producers for the Broadway's Disaster! just announced the complete cast for the new musical comedy directed by Jack Plotnick with a book by three-time Emmy Award nominee and Grammy Award nominee Seth Rudetsky and Jack Plotnick.

Baylee Littrell, Paul Castree, Tony Award nominee Manoel Felciano (Sweeney Todd), Casey Garvin, Travis Kent, Alyse Alan Louis, Maggie McDowell, Olivia Phillip and Catherine Ricafort join the previously announced Tony Award winner Roger Bart (You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown), Tony Award nominee Kerry Butler (Xanadu), three-time Tony Award nominee Kevin Chamberlin (The Addams Family), Tony Award nominee Adam Pascal (Rent), Tony Award winner Faith Prince (Guys & Dolls), Drama Desk Award winner Rachel York (Victor/Victoria), three-time Emmy Award nominee and Grammy Award nominee Seth Rudetsky (SiriusXM's "Seth's Big Fat Broadway"), Four-Time Drama Desk Award nominee Jennifer Simard (The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), Max Crumm (Grease) and Lacretta Nicole.

Disaster! begins performances on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 and officially opens on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 in a limited engagement at Broadway's Nederlander Theatre (208 West 41st Street) through Sunday, July 3, 2016.

Coming to Broadway, come hell or high water is the new musical comedy Disaster!. Earthquakes, tidal waves, infernos and rampant wildlife can't stop an outrageous cast of characters from dancing, gambling and singing the night away aboard New York's first floating casino and discothèque. Disaster! features some of the most memorable pop, rock and disco hits of the 1970s, including "Hot Stuff," "I Am Woman," "Knock On Wood," "Daybreak" and more.

Disaster! will feature scenic design by Tony Award nominee Tobin Ost (Newsies), costume design by six-time Tony Award winnerWilliam Ivey Long (The Producers, Hairspray), lighting design by Tony Award winner Jeff Croiter (Peter and the Starcatcher) and sound design by Mark Menard (Jane Eyre).

Disaster! features music direction by Steve Marzullo, fight direction by Rick Sordelet and Christian Kelly-Sordelet, orchestrations by Joseph Joubert, vocal arrangements by Michael McElroy, dance arrangements by David Dabbon, music coordination by Charles Gordon and choreography by JoAnn M. Hunter (School of Rock).

Disaster! is produced by Robert Ahrens, Mickey Liddell/LD Entertainment, Hunter Arnold, James Wesley, Carl Daikeler andBurba Hayes in association with Stephen CuUnjieng, Katherine Ann McGregor, Mary J. Davis and William Megevick/In Fine Company.

Disaster! debuted at New York's Triad Theatre on January 22, 2012, and ran through March 25, 2012. The critically-acclaimed musical comedy moved Off-Broadway to St. Luke's Theatre, where it played from October 14, 2013 through April 11, 2014, topping many "Best of 2013" lists include The Daily News' "Theater's 10 Best of 2013" and Tina Fey and Amy Poehler's Entertainment Weekly "Must List." Time Out New York rated Disaster! five out of five stars, and raved, "I can't remember the last time I laughed out loud at the theater as often as I did at Disaster! Blissfully silly!
