GLEE breakout performer and Broadway headliner Darren Criss appeared on the red carpet last night and saluted his recently deceased friend and co-star, Cory Monteith, by adorning his jacket with a black ribbon.

Stylishly subdued, dressed in a natty gray plaid suit for the New York premiere of the new Kristen Wiig comedy in which he co-stars, GIRL MOST LIKELY, Criss smiled for cameras and posed for photos with co-stars Wiig and Matt Dillon despite the tragic circumstances surrounding his popular co-star's recent demise.

It was confirmed earlier today that Monteith's death would be addressed on the hit FOX musical dramedy series and the series itself will be dedicated to him in his memory, while news broke tonight that Monteith's toxicology report revealed drug and alcohol use.

Subsequently, Criss has cancelled all interviews previously scheduled pertaining to GIRL MOST LIKELY as a result of the tragedy, noting that he along with his GLEE Cast-mates - including Monteith's real-life girlfriend Lea Michele - are in mourning.

The official plot synopsis of GIRL MOST LIKELY is as follows: "A failed New York playwright awkwardly navigating the transition from Next Big Thing to Last Year's News."

GIRL MOST LIKELY, directed by Robert Pulcini and Shari Springer Berman, will be released in select cities on July 19.
