On Monday, December 5th at 8:00 pm, New Voices: Holiday Sampler will be presented as part of the Broadway's Day Off series at Sympony Space's Leonard Nimoy Thalia Theatre (2537 Broadway at 95th St.).

"Tired of the same old Christmas tunes?," state press notes. "Then New Voices Collective has a special holiday treat for you hear world premiere holiday songs by some of New York's most exciting young composers, sung by Broadway's finest voices."

The evening will feature songs by
Jason Robert Brown, Andrew Lippa, Georgia Stitt, Steve Marzullo, Sam Davis, and Jenny Giering. "The songs explore December's various holidays from a multi-cultural point of view, and look at the season from various standpoints: the comic, the personal, the commercial, the religious." Performers include Light in the Piazza's Patti Cohenour, The Full Monty's Andrea Burns, Lennon's Julia Murney, The Lion King's Thom Christopher Warren, and Mamma Mia!'s Michael Winther. The evening will be hosted by Beauty and the Beast's Peter Flynn.

Tickets are $21 (Members: $18; Students/Seniors: $15); to order them and for more information, visit www.symponyspace.org.
