When Wanda Jackson, the reigning "Queen of Rockabilly," recorded her first hit single, "Let's Have a Party" she made it into her own even after one-time boyfriend, Elvis Presley had released a version of it. As a recent inductee into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for her pivotal role in the evolution of popular music, Jackson was the first woman to perform unadulterated rock and roll. With a remarkable career that has spanned over fifty years, her latest album, The Party Ain't Over which was produced by Jack White III, indicates that this feisty septuagenarian artist is as galvanizing as ever.

Imelda May is unmistakable both in her music -- a fusion of surf guitars, blues and rockabilly -- and her style, a classic pin-up girl brand of chic accompanied by a solitary curl and shock of blonde in her jet black hair. In her native Ireland, her debut album, Love Tattoo has gone five times platinum, making her a household name. May has also shared the stage with numerous music luminaries including Eric Clapton, Lionel Richie and David Gilmore. 2010 saw May performing at the Grammys with Jeff Beck and the release of her newest album Mayhem, which is further propelling this rising star.
