Two Broadway stars will be featured in the Toronto musical The Story of My Life, according to Variety.

Tony Award-winner Brent Carver, who has appeared on Broadway in such shows as Kiss of the Spider Woman and Parade as well as in Canada's Lord of the Rings and Stratford Festival productions, will be joined by Jeffrey Kuhn (Wicked, Assassins) for the new musical, which will open on November 2nd and run through December 9th at CanStage.

The musical features a book by Brian Hill and music and lyrics by Neil Bartram.  It will be directed by Michael Bush of Manhattan Theatre Club (MTC helped to develop the show).

"Alvin and Thomas met in Grade One. They shared the battlefields of childhood and adolescence, inseparable until one moved to the big city and their lives took different directions. The Story of My Life is a tender, musical celebration of lifelong friends and the power of a friendship that can tie two people together forever, no matter where they are," state CanStage notes.
