The film is produced by Miranda Bailey and Matthew Leutwyler through Ambush Entertainment. Pic is financed through Ambush's financing arm, Cold Iron Pictures. Ambush's recent credits include "The Squid and the Whale."

This will be the feature directing debut of Levine, who will start filming the drama in New York City sometime this month. The production is being produced by Ambush and Entertainment and financed through Cold Iron Pictures.

Gugino currently stars in the series "Entourage" and made her Broadway debut in 2004 in After the Fall by Arthur Miller.
