Tony Award-nominated The Drowsy Chaperone star Danny Burstein, as well as that show's lyricist and composer Lisa Lambert and Greg Morrison, and co-star Georgia Engel, will join PETA's "50 Awesome Ways Kid Can Help Animals" launch.

Open to the public, the event will be held Friday, November 10, at 12 noon sharp, at Barnes & Noble (1972 Broadway at 66th Street).

Playing Latin lover Aldolpho in The Drowsy Chaperone, "Burstein has become the comic favorite in the show and has developed quite a cult following," as press notes state. Kids also love him and imitate his character."

The event will mark the national launch of PETA President Ingrid E. Newkirk's inspiring new book, "50 Awesome Ways Kid Can Help Animals." Lambert, Morrison, Engel, and Burstein will perform two original songs based on the book.
